Your first Wigan game?

My first game was in 1983 when my Dad was stuck with nothing to do with me and my brother so my Dad took us to Central Park to watch Wigan v Featherstone Rovers. Don’t really remember much about it. We did win though

What is your most memorable moment being a Wigan fan?

Probably beating Hull at Wembley in 1985. Unbelievable match. My first time watching Wigan at Wembley. I’d been the year before when we lost to Widnes and I was heartbroken. Gilly’s try will never leave me.

Who is your favourite all time Wigan player?

Henderson Gill. Always played with a smile on his face.

Who is your favourite Wigan player?

I’d have to say John Bateman. The man is a marine.

Name one player that you would love to see play for Wigan – past or present

When Tommy retires I’d like Shaun Johnson please. Pretty please?

What is your favourite away ground and why?

Mend-a-Hose Jungle. Has a real old world charm that’s totally unique. They do a stinking buffet for the media as well.
